Funds raised in Frank’s name support families across Herefordshire, Powys, Monmouthshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Ceredigion, offering practical help when it is needed most.
Inspired by Frank’s courage, humour and unstoppable spirit, we encourage everyone to seize the moment, be braver, be kinder and live boldly… Be More Frank.

This video was taken on the way to Alton Towers... Frank knew he was terminal, but in typical Frank style, he laughed and joked and found every opportunity to smile.
He hobbled round the park, barely able to walk but declined a mobility scooter! His constant smile and ability to find humour in the darkest of times, wasn't Frank putting on a brave face, but Frank being himself and not letting anybody or anything stop him from having fun!
Less than a month later... Frank passed away.
